We are looking for a HR Generalist (m/f/d) to support and develop our HR processes across the Thermoheat Group. This is a part-time position (20–25 hours/week).

Your Role

You will take ownership of both operational HR tasks and strategic HR initiatives, working closely with management to strengthen our organization and people development.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Policies

  • Develop and improve HR policies across the group

  • Ensure compliance with Dutch and EU labor law

  • Support HR projects and organizational development initiatives

Operational HR Management

  • Advise management on HR-related topics

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes

  • Coordinate onboarding and employee development programs

  • Maintain job descriptions, compensation structures and performance processes

  • Collaborate with international teams (e.g. Portugal)

HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records, contracts and HR systems

  • Support payroll preparation with external providers

  • Manage absences (vacation, sick leave, etc.)

  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, KPIs)

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries

Your Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience (HR Generalist or similar role)

  • Knowledge of labor law (NL/EU preferred)

  • Experience with MS Office and HR systems

  • Fluent in English and Dutch
